This Privacy Policy explains what information EduSphere ("the App", "we", "us") collects from students who use it, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use the App, and information created by our AI-assisted features.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the App. Each processes only the data needed to perform its function on our behalf, under its own security and privacy terms.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we would notify you before your information is transferred.
Features such as the resume/ATS analyzer and placement-readiness suggestions send content you provide — your resume text or a photo of your resume, and relevant profile fields — to Google's Vertex AI (Gemini models) for analysis. This content is used solely to generate the feedback shown to you and is not used by us to train any model. Avoid uploading a resume containing information you are not comfortable being processed by a third-party AI service.
Messages and images you post in community groups are visible to other members of that group, and to admins for moderation purposes. Admins can remove messages that violate community guidelines. Please don't share sensitive personal information (financial details, government ID numbers, passwords, etc.) in group chats.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, so you can keep using the App's features (resumes, saved jobs, learning history, etc.). If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls on our admin systems, time-limited signed links for sensitive uploaded files, and encryption in transit (HTTPS) for all traffic to and from the App. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
To request deletion of your EduSphere account and associated data, email support@speedupinfotech.com from the email address or phone number associated with your account, with the subject line "Account deletion request".
We will confirm your identity, delete your account and personal data (profile, resume, portfolio, chat history, test results) within 30 days, and notify you once complete. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security/fraud-prevention purposes.
EduSphere is intended for college and university students. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
